Terms of engagement
1Scope
These terms describe how Atlanta Enterprises, trading as Pakistan Leather, generally engages with buyers. Final terms are confirmed in writing for each order.
2Sampling
Sample scope, cost and timing are agreed before development begins. Samples are made to the brief you provide.
3Orders and MOQs
Minimum order quantities depend on product, material and customisation, and are confirmed in the quotation.
4Payment
Payment terms are set out in the quotation or proforma invoice for each order.
5Delivery
Delivery timelines and shipping terms are agreed per order. Dates depend on timely approvals and material availability.
6Warranty
Any quality commitments are those stated in the confirmed order documents. Nothing on this website is a separate guarantee.
7Intellectual property
You retain rights in your designs, tech packs and branding. Please do not send materials you have no right to share.
8Buyer approvals
Production proceeds against approved samples, specifications and artwork. Approvals are the buyer鈥檚 responsibility.
9Custom and private label
Buyers are responsible for the legality of their brand marks, labels and claims on goods made to their instruction.
